Development Squad Start Date
We are looking to commence training for the 2011 SSFA Development Squads on Monday 28 February 2011.
At this point in time we envisage start times will be as follows:
Boys under 9 and 10, Girls under 10 Start 6.00pm Finish 7.30pm
Boys under 11 & 12, Girls under 12, 14 & 16 Start 6.30pm Finish 8.00pm
I will confirm these times as the start date gets closer. In the meantime please enjoy the rest of your break and it wouldn’t hurt to get out in the back yard and practice some juggling or passing against a wall.
As for uniforms, we are endeavouring to have them available for collection on the first night of training, but once again will confirm these details as we approach Feb 28.
One final point, please remember that it is a criteria of membership of the SSFA Development Squads for 2011 that you must sign with the same club that you played at in 2010. Alternatively, players are permitted to change Clubs in 2011 but will have to forgo their place in the 2011 Development Squad. If you are a player returning from one of the representative sides of 2010 you are free to play with a club of your choice.
