Airfreight
Paperwork required for Airfreight shipments
Copy of the air waybill, invoice & any data sheets relative import permits & declarations pertaining to the goods.
Seafreight, FCL, LCL, Break Bulk
Paperwork required for Seafreight shipments
Bill of lading, Packing declaration, Treatment certificate, if timber packing has been used, invoices & any data sheets, relative import permits & declarations pertaining to the goods. Original bills of lading should be endorsed along with your company seal on the reverse side.
Parcel Post

Copy of the Parcel post card & invoice & any data sheets relative import permits & declarations pertaining to the goods.
Copies of all paperwork can be emailed or faxed before your shipment arrives to begin your clearance. Once entered in our system we can track and monitor its progress and confirm what stage your shipment is at. This will cut down on delays with any number of government bodies, transport companies and shipping lines requiring further information and be less likely to attract any unnecessary charges or fees.
