    Bundeena Maianbar Soccer Club formed in the early 1970s when several local families from the small communities of Bundeena and Maianbar decided that a soccer club would be a great way to provide the children of all ages with a sporting club and game from which athletic and social development could be achieved.

    Miranda Magpies Football Club has the honour of being the first Club to join the Association at the inaugural meeting which was held at the old School of Arts in Kiora Road, Miranda in 1951. Miranda also had a team, Miranda Congs, playing in a three team competition as far back as 1929.
