Association Youth League (AYL)

The AYL is a competition designed to provide associations across NSW to develop skilled players with and compete in a statewide competition between other associations.  Unlike the NPL, AYL is only made up of players residing in their associations catchment.

Ten Association teams feature in each age group from U13’s to U16’s.

Player Development Methodology

A pro-active style of football, based on effective possession, with the cutting edge provided by creative individuals.

Defensively the key components are quick transition and intelligent collective pressing. The Playing Style is underpinned by a strong ‘team mentality’.

“To develop every player to be the best they can be”
