GSAP/ SAP
The Sutherland Strikers GSAP and SAP Programs provides a clear, professionally delivered development opportunity for young footballers in NSW which underpins the National Premier Leagues NSW Men’s and Women’s competitions.
The program is non-competition based but provides players with an opportunity to play other highly skilled players across NSW.
The Program is developed to provide opportunities for the following age groups”
GSAP- U10 to U13s
SAP- U9 to U12s
Players trial in the year prior to the program commencing, trials generally occur between October and November, children wanting to trial are to trial for the age group which they turn the year of the program i.e. if a child is trialing for the 2025 season, they will trial for the age they turn in 2025 (Jan- Dec).

AYL
The AYL is a competition designed to provide associations across NSW to develop skilled players with and compete in a statewide competition between other associations. Unlike the NPL, AYL is only made up of players residing in their associations catchment.

Trial Information
Specific trial dates and times for eache age group will be communicated on this website and also on Sutherland Strikers Socials as soon as FNSW announce the Trial Windows of each year.
Eligibility Guidelines
Players must meet the residential elegibility requirements as specified by FNSW and the SSFA, which entails residing within the Sutherland Shire.
