SSFA GSAP 12 – MATCH REPORT
On Mother’s Day we faced our latest challenge in Eastern Suburbs FA at Matraville Sports High
We haven’t played them before so we didn’t know what to expect.
I was captain & tried to lead by example.
In the first half we created many chances but we didn’t finish them off, then just before half time we struck 2 through, Frankie & Kristina.
In the 2nd half we came out a different team with 4 goals through, Kristina, Charlize & Emma.
Finally Eastern Suburbs scored a goal in the dying minutes but it was to late for them, 6-1 at full time.
A special mention to Audrey in defence, Zola who put her body on the line to stop a goal, Tamika who assisted with goals & Frankie who got a well deserved player of the match award.
