SSFA Welcomes Chris Gallo as SSFA Program Manager – A New Chapter in Football Excellence
The SSFA are pleased to announce a significant and exciting development – Chris Gallo will be picking up the ball as our new SSFA Program Manager.
Chris Gallo is a forward-thinking football manager whose experience spans from elite youth to senior first teams across various prestigious clubs in England and Australia. He has excelled in overseeing coach development programs, curriculum, staff, and players, ensuring the coordination of top-tier coach education and player development strategies.
Chris’s approach is both structured and innovative, implementing coaching curriculums alongside technical programs, including the renowned English Premier League’s Elite Player Performance Program. Chris is adept at moulding well-rounded players and orchestrating high-performance teams, and creating a culture where players can realise their full potential.
In the realm of team dynamics, Chris stands out as a highly communicative team player, establishing strong rapport with coaches, administrators, clubs alike. His analytical thinking, logical problem-solving skills, and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure are just a few of the assets he brings to the table.
Chris is eager to give aspiring local coaches the opportunity to work with some of Sutherland Shire’s best players. All coaches will have access to support, feedback and resources, to help better themselves. Creating better local players, through creating better local coaches.
