Sylvanvale is delighted to be sponsoring Sutherland Titans Football Club for their 2023 season.
The club caters for junior and senior players with disability from the Sutherland Shire, St George and other areas. It is built on the notion of football for all.
Titans FC plays in mainstream competition against teams with a bye. Players are encouraged to play independently of their parents or guardians; however, volunteer buddies accompany the players on the field to assist where necessary.
Sylvanvale’s sponsorship will go towards helping the Titans with program costs including equipment and uniforms.
Sylvanvale CEO, Leanne Fretten, said: “I’m very excited that Sylvanvale is sponsoring the Sutherland Titans Football Club. As two community organisations with a shared vision of inclusion for people with disability, our partnership was a natural fit.”
According to Titans FC President, George Lazarou: “We are thrilled to have Sylvanvale’s support. It’s great when organisations get behind us to support the inclusion of people with disability in mainstream sport. Inclusive sport brings benefits to everyone who is part of it, with both sides coming away feeling good about themselves.”
